Tony went above and beyond what I expected from a Real Estate Agent, Tony helped both with the sale and the purchase of a new investment property. The sale contract was received on the first day for the listing price and Tony helped in negotiating the requirements both myself and the buyer had. On the purchase portion we had to cancel the first contract due to construction issues and continued to search for another property that met our requirements. Both the sale and the purchase closing went smoothly after a few issues were settled. Tony is a hard worker and makes himself available at times other agents probably would not. Thank You Tony!
